Book – Select a single time, or a series of times in a recurring booking, where each time slot can be managed individually. Users are then lead through an intuitive set of smart forms to collect the information relevant for the booking. This can include customer details, nature of use, requests for extra services and equipment, setting up reminders, and defining how they want to pay.

Pay – With a range of payment options offered, users can choose a convenient way to pay. If they do not pay online as part of the process, the booking is marked as tentative and the user given a defined period to make their payment and confirm their booking. Quotes, invoices and receipts are sent to users by email to ensure they have a full record of what is paid and what is owing.
